Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, and digital downloads are non-refundable.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer service at returns@cocoexpress.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The original payment method will be credited. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Conditions

  • Refunds are issued for product value only

  • Damaged or defective items require photographic evidence

  • Seasonal and clearance items are final sale

  • Refund amount excludes original shipping charges

Exceptions

Certain products may have specific return restrictions. Subscription services, gift cards, and consumable items are not eligible for refund.
